Sage Oak was founded to fill a need in personal home care for seniors. We believe it is a community responsibility to preserve the health, safety, comfort and general welfare of our seniors, especially those facing loneliness and anxiety.

From our first Dallas home in 2015, we have grown to communities in Denton, Lake Charles and Colleyville, each one small by design.
